Windows XP is just too buggy and Vista will not help anything. Long live Linux, or at least run MacOSX. Now that Ubuntu 6.06 is out it should be a very nice inexpensive replacement for Windows XP. Dual booting is another fine option, and you can even now dual-boot MacOSX with Windows XP and/or Linux on an Intel based Mac. Nobody should be stuck using Windows for everything anymore.
