Weight loss can be caused by a reduction in your fat or lean mass. It may also result from illnesses like diabetes, or from the ingestion of certain medications. You must identify why this is happen to you, and then you must address it, or remain like that until something worse happens.

Unless you have a death wish or you have totally given up on life, you most certainly wan to stay healthy, do you not? So if you are overweight, exposed to all the physical and psychological ailments that come with that condition, you most certainly want to lose the weight, don't you? So what are you doing still thinking about it; you should be doing something!

Not everyone needs to be overweight to lose weight. For instance, weight loss is essential for everybody for the purpose of maintaining good health. You can focus on losing fat while at the same time conserving muscle and fluid in your body.
